All levels Guided Class
A gentle guided flow class suitable for all levels of experience and will include an introduction to simple breathing techniques, some standing and seated postures and guided relaxation. We will focus on different elements of the practice each week, sharing simple tools that will support you to develop a deeper awareness of your mind, body and breath. We will explore variations to support everyone to find ways to move that feel comfortable in their own body.
All levels and abilities are welcome on Tuesday mornings. We are not able to accommodate children in either class unfortunately.
£12.00 per class
Please bring your own yoga mat and allow at least ten minutes to walk up the Pier before the start of the class.
