All levels Guided Class
Tuesday morning yoga sessions will include gentle guided flow, breathing techniques, postures and relaxation. Suitable for all levels, they aim to develop awareness of mind, body and breath, promoting steadiness. Variations will be offered to ensure comfort and avoid discomfort or pain.
All levels and abilities are welcome. We are not able to accommodate children in either class unfortunately.
£12.00 per class
£70.00 for 6 classes (throughout the season)
Please bring your own yoga mat.

To ensure a safe and supportive space for the yoga class, please arrive on time. Late arrivals disrupt the class and prevent proper check-ins. The class starts promptly at 8am and finishes at 9am. Arriving at least 10 minutes early is recommended to allow time to walk from the car park to the pier and settle in. Latecomers may not be allowed to join the class. Thank you for your understanding.
